How Can Video Marketing Help You?

To grow and succeed there is one thing that every single business has in common. That is the need to have a stream of customers and orders. To get this marketing is crucial. A few years ago the only marketing options a business had were on paper on via the radio and TV. Right now, since the internet is everywhere video marketing is being used more and more.

If you don’t know very much about this form of marketing it can be easy to be a little wary of it. In fact until you see the results it can get you it can be hard to see how great it is. Many people can’t make the connection between posting videos to an online site and an increase in customers. Here are a few of the things that video marketing could do for you and your business.

Costs are kept low with video marketing. Too many businesses have problems in meeting marketing costs and as a result do not reach their full potential. Whilst it can be easy to think that creating video for marketing purposes will be expensive, it is actually cheaper than you would think.

In addition to driving more customers towards a business video marketing can also help to create a brand image. Sometimes it can be hard to do this, especially if the product or service that is being sold is quite dull. By using a funny or catchy video to market a product it can create a fun image around the product.

Video marketing is also great for reaching the maximum amount of people in the minimum amount of time. For instance a video could be posted to a site at midday. This will then be put into the ‘new videos’ category on the video site. When users log into their account they will have the option of watching new videos. If your video is seen and enjoyed by users it could then be forwarded to many more people. By midnight any video could have been seen by thousands of people.

People are very responsive to visual stimulus. They enjoy watching videos and by using this type of marketing you will be tapping into something that the majority of people like. Not only that but when people enjoy watching a video they will send it to plenty of friends.

Any business that has a new product that they want the world to know about can do it in no time with video marketing. There is no need to wait for a paper advertising campaign or for a TV advert to be created. A business can literally film their video and post it online, the only time delay is how long the video takes to create. Some of the most popular videos were made on the spur of the moment for very little money.

As you can see any business that wants to get a larger chunk of the market needs to try out video marketing. It can be a highly cost effective way of spreading information around the world in just a few hours. It is also up to date which is exactly what new consumers want to see from marketing.

Why a Blog Should Be the Cornerstone of Your Lawyer Marketing Efforts

If a lawyer asks me how to use Facebook, Twitter, and other social media services to generate more clients, one of the first things I ask is if they have a blog. Even though social media can be very powerful promotional tools, having a blog gives you something to promote.

Advertising for lawyers with social media: I want quick results please.

Everyone likes the idea of the get rich quick approach. Who wouldn’t want a big return with minimal effort? However, this isn’t the nature of social media. Just posting an update on a social media site won’t provide the depth that a blog does. In my opinion, one of the best ways to leverage social media is to share your blog posts with others.

When your efforts at lawyer marketing are nothing more than quick comments on social media sites without any substantial contributions of your own, you shouldn’t expect a great return as a result.

When you are active in social media, publishing frequent blog posts offers two important advantages:

1. The ability to share your blog with the social media community. By offering your ideas and thoughts, people will learn more about what you have to offer. This will drive traffic to your blog where they will be more likely to inquire about your services.

2. People will come to respect your expertise. Posting your thoughts and professional opinions on a blog will help you develop a reputation as a thought leader in your field. Status updates or short comments will not achieve the same level of respect.

The point is that this involves some amount of work on your end. You have to write thoughtful, engaging content. But when you accomplish this, sharing your blog through social media is terrific exposure.

Pay Per Click: Pay Per Click Advertising

In this day and age it is always smart to reach out to as many potential clients as possible. You have to be careful about how you go about this, however, because you need to be sure that you keep your costs as low as possible. Advertising can be quite expensive and this is especially true when it comes to television advertising. What you need is a way to reach out to your customer base as cheaply and efficiently as possible. It sounds like and impossible task, but it can be done.

The best way to go about this is through the use of Pay Per Click. Pay Per Click advertising is usually hosted by the major internet search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN and the like. This was a really smart set up because it allows you to narrow down your customer base efficiently. Instead of trying to target your base, you will be able to allow your customers to seek you out. That is the remarkable thing about Pay Per Click because it is so efficient. If you are looking to make some advertising changes then this might be the best way to go.

Think about the money that you will save. You must consider the costs of television, radio and print advertising. Not only do you have to pay for the service, but you also must do research to determine how best to reach your market. In addition to this, if you do not advertise on the right stations or the right times, you will miss out on a lot of your customer base. Then it would be a serious waste of money. If you do not understand demographics, then you will be forced to farm that work out and this, of course, costs more money.

Pay Per Click advertising, therefore, is quite unique, because you do not have to be an expert in order to make progress. Instead, you can find the keywords people will most likely use to find your site. This is the main thing that you need to do. Once this part is done, then its all downhill from there. Pay Per Click just make sense no matter what other type of advertising you choose to do.

There are some options with Pay Per Click that you may want to consider so be sure to take the time to see what the search engines have available.

Why is there so many searches on Google for Ways to Make Money Online?

If you hit the search statistics for major search engines like Google, you will start to see more and more people searching for terms like make money online. While there are some great guesses on why this is happening, you will find that the truth is often as simple as people are losing faith in the security of their jobs.

It is this lack of security that drives so many people to search elsewhere for other means of income. As the internet has grown over the past decade or so, it has come to dominate a good portion of our society. More and more businesses are popping up with an online presence, some even moving away from their original brick and mortar establishments.

As the world gravitates toward the internet, establishing online resources for just about anything that you can imagine, it is quite apparent that exist many rather lucrative opportunities for generating an income in that realm. Not only is this mass movement toward the internet, combined with the tenuous economic situation, opening doors for people and making it easy for them to start their own online business, there are many other reasons that make going into business for yourself quite attractive.

Consider the fact that you will be able to essentially set your own hours and that you are not going to need to worry about having a boss that will tear down your work. Independence and freedom are both important factors in anyone’s life, and you can pursue them very well when you are thinking about beginning your own business. You are also going to be able to spend more time with your family and your friends; you can give your children the time and the attention that they deserve.

When you want to own your own business, you will also find that you are not going to be tied down the way you would be working at a conventional job. There is no cap on your income, and the more you work, the more money you can make. You don’t need to worry about things like performance reviews or the need to ask your boss for a raise.

Have you ever missed out on a child’s birthday or found that you couldn’t make it to a family event that you were really looking forward to because you had to come in to work? Consider how difficult it is to juggle your job and your family. When you work online, you’re going to be leaving the office to work with your family, where you belong.

To really make the money that you are looking for from an online opportunity, you will need to make a plan. Consider what the ins and outs of the business are and what kind of model you are going to use to get the income that you need. You need to figure out how to startup an online business, though it is going to be different from the way that you start a brick and mortar business, and you need to think about how you can make it grow. This can be a lot of information to take in.

There are a few choices open to you. You can take classes, but you might end up spending thousands of dollars before you even touch your startup. On the other hand, you can also jump in feet first, but then you risk losing everything. Trial and error is a scary thing to use in this situations.

The best course to take when starting up your business is to get a coach. A coach will help you find a business that is right for you, help you set up, teach you how to market and show you how to make your business strong and productive. In the long run, a coach will save you money, help you find ways to make money online, make running your business less stressful and help you create an environment for yourself that will ensure that you won’t miss out of any more of the things that are truly important in your life, your family and loved ones.

How To Use Google Adwords Keyword Selector Tool In Your Ad Campaigns

It is essential to know which keywords or keyphrases you should use that will allow people to easily identify your ad when you begin creating and writing for your Google Adwrds campaign. An expert in Google Adwords, Perry Marshall, advises all pay-per-click managers and Adwords users to utilize Google Adwords Keyword Selector Tool in each ad’s design. This free tool allows you to find the most profitable and popular keywords in your niche, and can also help you drill down related keywords that you can use for other campaigns or just general keyword research. The Keyword Tool is especially helpful for fine-tuning your efforts when ads are performing poorly; if you’ve written an ad using low-traffic keywords, there is a good chance that your ads are not being clicked enough to make your ad effective.

There are several ways to use Google Adwords Keyword Selector Tool so that you can optimize your Adwords campaign:

1. Start with a broad search. Many people make the mistake of using very specific keywords or keyphrases when they first begin conducting research with Google Adwords, but this can leave you with only mediocre results. Start with a broad search instead and drill down your results using the ’synonyms’ tool that offers suggestions and variations as part of the results.

2. Use a set of similar keywords as you create different ad groups. Make sure you are creating an entirely new ad group for every campaign so you can keep track of what is working - and what isn’t. You can also make use of the ‘relevant keywords’ feature already built into the Google Adwords Keyword Selector Tool that helps you narrow down your search with ease.

3. Use a ‘negative keywords’ strategy. Sometimes optimizing your Google Adwords campaign will involve taking away words that do not work for your market; the Google Adwords tool can be tweaked to stop showing certain words that may not be relevant to your particular niche. For example, if you are selling greeting cards but your basic search keeps showing results for ‘free greeting cards,’ you can eliminate the word ‘free’ by designating it as a negative keyword. The Google Adwords Keyword Selector Tool will now only show you results without the word ‘free.’

4. Use the Site Content feature if you don’t know where to start. Google can scan your web page and offer suggestions of keywords based on your site’s content. For example, if your home page provides information about services and trends in your marketplace, these may be strong keywords for your particular niche. When the scanning process is complete, you will see a list of highly targeted keywords related to these ideas and topics in your results.

5. Location, location, location. Including the location (a town, a city, or a state) to the key term or key phrase is very crucial. If you are currently establishing a service or product in a specific area or location, it can be very useful since the traffic you get out of these keywords will definitely be higher and qualified ones compared to general search. Find the best combinations for your ad campaign by adding a keyword or keyphrase with a location.

Unearth The Best Of A Few Notable Actors

It’s fun to swap opinions on favorite movies and favorite actors. Each person has an opinion and none is more right or wrong but everyone has their own favorites that they get pleasure from. Some actors shock us with their immense talent, some actors are pretty to look at and then of course some are both of those things. Every so often we admire an actor more for what he does away from the movie set as for what they do onscreen because some actors are just impressive people who use their fame and fortune to help others who are less fortunate throughout the world.

Tom Hanks is a rare talent. It’s is rather shocking to think that he got his start on a small and kooky TV show called “Bosom Buddies. Soon after he pulled off such great roles as Andrew Beckett, a gay lawyer who is infected with the AIDS virus and is fired from his conservative law firm because of the fear that they might also contract the disease. His first Academy Award was from that role back in 1993.

His following Academy Award came just the next year making him only the second actor in history to win back-to-back Oscars with Spencer Tracy being the first back in 1937 and 1938. In 1994 Tom Hanks again took home the Oscar for his moving portrayal of Forrest Gump. He also has a list of other great movies but it is too long to cover here.

Brad Pitt has been adored for his good looks ever since he charmed us in the 1991 film “Thelma and Louise”. Although he hasn’t always played the pretty boy roles. Recall “Seven” and “Twelve Monkeys” both from 1995? Sometimes his personal life seems to overshadow his acting roles but the most inspiring thing about Brad Pitt is that he has been exceptionally active in humanitarian causes throughout the world and he has donated large sums of his cash to these causes.

After Hurricane Katrina just about wiped out New Orleans, Brad Pitt started the “Make It Right Foundation” to aid in the redevelopment of the Lower 9th Ward in New Orleans. The foundation builds homes that are affordable, sustainable and true to the diverse culture of New Orleans. The aim was to accomplish the building of the homes fast so that the residents could return home as soon as possible. That has been his true success.

And that brings us to one more great actor who is also known for his philanthropy. Paul Newman left us as he passed away this past year on September 26, 2008. During his life he entertained us with many great movies such as “Road to Perdition” in 2002, “The Color Of Money” in 1986, “Absence Of Malice” in 1981. He also played the leading role in the well known and much loved favorite “Butch Cassidy And The Sundance Kid” from clear back in 1969. Of course he played in a extensive number of other great movies too.

Nonetheless it is his philanthropy that we can all think highly of. In 1982 with a colleague he created a line of food products that he dubbed “Newman’s Own”. It started with simply a salad dressing and quickly expanded to other products including pasta sauce, lemonade, popcorn, salsa and more. When he started the company he established that all of the proceeds generated after taxes would be donated to charity. In early 2006, Newman’s Own had donated over $250 million.

Our favorite movies and favorite actors and actresses may change from time to time. We may love them for their flair or for other reasons but now that we can download full length, high quality movies from the Internet instantly we don’t have to miss any more of the movies that we choose to see.

Make Money From Passions

I learned the hard way about the consequences of not approaching my ventures with enough preparation. I was always so arrogant that I thought that I knew everything I needed to know, at least the base concepts. But If your making the type of money I think your looking for, if your like me, its over 6 figures, than you have to treat your venture as an investment, and put the sweat equity into the plan, so your results stand stable

The same applies to the Internet marketing industry even though there are unsavory people out there who’d have you believe it’s a “Walk in the Park” and requires no more than the belief that you can just do it.

Working From home gives you much more freedom over your time and income potential, but it also requires discipline, something that can sabotage your success if you don’t keep your eyes on the prize. It’s much easier and beneficial to you and your customers if you pursue your interest

There are people that make over 50K a month, but most don’t, they fall flat on their face like I did when I started. Why is that?

My answer begins with the age-old chicken or egg question, “what comes first the chicken or the egg”? Personally I vote for, well never mind, each argument you or I make comes back to the same old conclusion - I have no clue and I don’t think many of us do either.

But one thing I do have a clue about and know for sure is that to make money online you must first have Passion for the company products and/or service of any Internet business from which you expect to make money.

Passion in this sense simply means that you’ve researched and like the company and products or services. It is then that you translate that like (or Passion) into the education, excitement and work that usually accompany Passion.

There’s a lot of people that can sell anything on the Internet.. Why? Because it’s possible if you understand the basic concepts of marketing and what people want. But a safe way to approach any business online, is to have a passion for what you promote

Now, I’m not trying to make anyone believe that Passion is the only thing necessary. Because to be successful you must also have a good website, good marketing, widespread advertising, company support, effective keywords, and etc. Those things are often learned from the company you join - but sidestep Passion and you reduce your chances for success dramatically.

The point is that there’s going to be ups and downs, times when you have to step out of your comfort zones to define a new comfort, to endure these changes with minimal relapse, passion is a prerequisite.

Internet Marketing isn’t hard!! Maintaining discipline over yourself is a bigger task, and when you have passion and purpose for the work you put in, it gives you endurance to maintain till the top of the success hill.

You have a great resource in the Internet search engines to search about the Internet Marketing industry for business opportunities, USE IT!

Your research should uncover a company that you like and have confidence in. It should be solid, founded on great principles, and easy to understand with great products and services that are sell-able for which you can have Passion. If you don’t find it move on, You can find the right opportunity containing the attributes identified above.

Don’t choose a company for anything besides confidence and security that you can stand by that company; remember when you hear that others are having crazy success, making boat loads of money etc, don’t be fooled by sales scripts, find substance you believe in and go from there.

Note: With experience, eventually you will learn to understand what people want and how to present anything you believe in, when that time comes, you’ll know you are no amateur anymore, now you’re an Internet marketer.

There is more that you want to know to be able to call yourself an Internet Marketer and dictate your income, but if you don’t first find the right company products and services to be passionate about, all of those other steps may just cause you a lot of frustration instead of bringing you great success.

Lack of Passion is a void you don’t want influencing your success, its like building a 4 corner table with 3 legs, you must insure that your time is invested wisely, so that you can reap the rewards success has to offer.

You CAN Make Residual Income From Home, If You’re Smart

Making money from home by residual income isn’t always easy; if it was a breeze then everyone would be doing it. If you are willing to see working from home as real work and also willing to develop your online presence, you can be one of the many who are able to make a sizable income from home. Just make sure that as you wade in these waters you avoid those who would prey on your optimism with lies and false promises.

Most people would define a residual income opportunity as one where you earn multiple commissions over time after the first initial effort or sale. This generally means that after you are responsible for a sale, any future sales or payments from that same customer still earn you a commission. If you can work this system you can make more and more money over time.

Many of the popular residual income programs operate like the one I described above. You find an affiliate site or company that wants you to recommend or advertise their product. You use your web presence to make that recommendation and hope to get the income rolling in. You continue to get commissions as long as the customers stay subscribed to a service or as they make future purchases from the same site.

You can usually find affiliate websites offering residual commission schemes pretty easily. A simple search will return you will all sorts of links and lists of other links to websites that are willing to offer you a residual income. Subscription sales might be the best bet for you since customers are all that much more likely to make future sales if they are signed up for regular payments. Gambling, adult content, and dating websites often offer this sort of program–if you are willing to recommend their services then this might be the route for you. Plain-’ol online stores often offer residual income opportunities for more traditional sales, if this seems to be more aligned with your plans.

If a certain affiliate does catch your eye, make sure you do your research and read all their documentation before you sign on to any program. If the affiliate is offering too much for too little in return, you are likely looking at a scam. Look into what people are saying about the affiliate, and don’t feel like you have to sign up for anything unless you are happy with the scheme and payouts.

Another way to make residual revenue is through writing content. Some sites are looking for articles or other content from writers or experts. If you write for these sites, you may earn a residual income based on their advertising or how popular your articles are. You can also write and promote your own material, such an eBook, but of course that offers more traditional income as opposed to the residual kind.

If you decide to offer links to affiliates, you will definitely want to build up a strong web presence through something like a website, email list, or the like. If you don’t have your own site already, for instance, you will have to make one that will inspire return traffic and market it yourself so it becomes at least a minor hit. You should look into online marketing techniques if you go down this road.

If you work hard, your initial effort and hard work from home may become a residual income opportunity that benefits you more and more over time. Just enter the proposition with research and a little bit of elbow grease.
