Easy To Follow CPA Marketing Tips

Add comments

The term CPA may sound pedantic or too business-like to some, but it is a very easy process and one that anyone can follow. ‘Cost per Action’ is the full term and it is basically a process whereby advertisers pay someone according to how much online traffic they can attract to a certain product, respondents they can get to a survey, or other promotion. Here we’ll learn some quick and easy CPA marketing tips to get us started and on our way to becoming experts in no time.

1. Establish a web site for your visitors.

Let’s say we’ve been asked by an advertiser to attract online traffic to fill out a survey. Well, we first need to a web page for people to visit and fill out this survey. Let’s keep it simple and go with the most popular, free, personal web page, and that is the blog. It’s very user-friendly and starting up your own takes about the same amount of time as creating an email address. Once we’ve set that up we can begin to think about the next step.

2. Pick some appealing content for your web page.

Now that you’ve set up your blog, you’re going to need some content other than just a survey or you won’t draw much interest from visitors. One option where you can hardly go wrong is to offer up some free items. For example, you might place an ebook or screen-saver as a giveaway and simply have the visitor fill out the form in order to receive it. This is one of the key CPA marketing tips, because if you place something really appealing on your site, visitors are bound to fill out your form. Now you need to seek out those visitors.

3. Take advantage of the social networking outlets.

Now, we have a great looking blog along with content we’ve added that many a visitor would love, but we still need some CPA marketing tips on directing traffic there somehow. A few years ago, we would have just added our site to search engines like Google and waited, but not anymore. Social networking sites such as YouTube and Twitter are now how ideas are shared in the new media. Accounts are free and if we can again use our creativity and make ours stand out, we’ll have millions of people to direct back to our web page and the advertiser’s survey.

So, to recap these CPA marketing tips, simply establish your own free web page (a blog is good), add some appealing content to your site (free ringtone, ebooks, etc.) and use social networking sites (YouTube, Twitter, etc.) to direct traffic to your web page and ultimately the advertiser’s survey. It’s really as simple as that. The trick is to put your imagination to work and be creative. If you can use these free online marketing tools to your advantage, the rewards can be enormous.
